The Schlagfix Unsweetened Single Cream is the ultimate vegan cream, great for whipping, baking or refining, and it's allergen friendly too so perfect for catering to folks of all needs.

It works perfectly in both sweet and savoury dishes, and better yet, the Schlagfix Cream can also be frozen once whipped. 

Use in a creamy pasta sauce or stroganoff, add to curries or as a topping for Christmas pudding, the opportunities are endless!


Directions

This cream is super easy to use, just use as you would a normal single cream by either adding straight to a dish or whipping it up for a dessert
