Chickpea Flour is a GF fine yellow flour milled from whole organic chickpeas. Perfect for gluten-free pancakes, light batters and flatbreads, it's also high in fibre and protein and can be used as an egg replacer in vegan recipes. Soil Association, Vegan Society, Coeliac UK and Kosher certified.
