Suma Nut Roast

Nut Roast:

A delicious and traditional gluten free savoury nut roast that comes in a paper bag! It is packed full of nutritious nuts and delicious flavours and is absolutely perfect for Sunday roasts, or any occasion you fancy such as packed lunches, as a sandwich filling or with all the trimmings during the festive period. It is super easy to make- just add water! If you want a little extra flavour, you can also add some veggie stock.

Each pack contains a 340g mix, which makes 4 servings. 

Instructions: 

When made up and cooked according to the instructions, this pack contains 4 x 127g servings. To make a two-portion serving add 170g nut roast mix to 100ml water and mix thoroughly, leave to stand for 20mins. Place in a small oiled tray, press down, cook for 20mins at 190--C or gas mark 5, leave to stand for 5mins and serve with your favourite vegetables.

Roasted peanuts (33%), gram flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried sweetened cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), dried yeast, potato starch, tapioca flour, vegetable gum (methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), food acid (citric), dried onions, apple, peppers, oregano, rosemary, tomato powder, smoked paprika.
