I will work as hard as possible to get your orders shipped out either the same or next day. I work shifts as a nurse, so please bare that in mind when waiting for shipping confirmation that some days it won’t be possible for me to post items out on the very same day they were ordered. I will usually ship Monday to Friday, but can sometimes post on a Saturday too. Please do get in touch if you need something urgent, everything is possible!

We don't currently ship world wide because of the high emissions caused by long distance freight. We encourage everyone to find products as close to home as possible, but if you are struggling to find anything we stock, please get in touch and we can organise something for you. Since all of our products are built to last, a one of shipping of reusable items is better than using disposable items.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, drop me a message, I am here to help. Please contact me before returning any items, especially if the item is faulty. You have 14 calendar days to return an item to me from the date you received it. Any item/s returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received. For all soaps and cotton swabs, please return these with the original packaging and unopened. Please also keep the receipt/proof of purchasing. You are responsible for the shipping return cost.
If an item is damaged during postage or faulty, please contact us straight away. You have three days from the date of delivery to inform us of an item you received from us which is damaged/faulty. A replacement item or a full refund will be given to you for any faulty or damaged goods at our discretion. Photographic proof may be required. For damaged and faulty returns, we will cover postage costs.

Once I receive your item back, as long as it is in the original condition you received it in, I will issue a refund to you via the original payment method (excluding the shipping costs for un-damaged/non-faulty items) and send an email confirmation. Please send any returned items tracked, and keep proof of posting until your refund is received. I will not take any responsibility for any items lost during their return, it will be your responsibility to take this up with the courier service used.
