Directions

Insect Repellent:

Peppermint oil is a natural insect deterrent and can be used in multiple ways. Use it in a burner or diffuser, or add 10 drops to a plant spray bottle filled with water. Shake well and spritz the room for protection, avoiding polished wood and soft furnishings.

DIY Tip:

Blend 1 drop of Peppermint with 5 ml of Sweet Almond Oil for a comforting tummy rub (massage in a clockwise direction).
