Peppermint Essential Oil has a smooth and clear minty scent that can help uplift tired minds and tired bodies. This aromatic oil is known for its ability to help relieve mental fatigue and mental sluggishness.

Directions

Insect Repellent:

Peppermint oil is a natural insect deterrent and can be used in multiple ways. Use it in a burner or diffuser, or add 10 drops to a plant spray bottle filled with water. Shake well and spritz the room for protection, avoiding polished wood and soft furnishings.

DIY Tip:

Blend 1 drop of Peppermint with 5 ml of Sweet Almond Oil for a comforting tummy rub (massage in a clockwise direction).
