Just pour steaming m!lk (we're oat people ourselves but whatever floats your boat) over your bombe, wait for the choc to melt and the micromallows will appear...

BOMBE: Colombian Couverture Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, dried OAT powder, cocoa butter, dried rice powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; vanilla extract).

MARSHMALLOWS: (glucose-fructose syrup), sugar, water, dextrose, gelling agent: carrageenan; maize starch, hydrolized rice protein, stabilizer: polyphosphate, natural vanilla flavour, colour: E162, E170)

Cocoa solids 46.5% minimum
